We take customer service very seriously and we will happily work with you to make the best attempt to satisfy your order correctly.

Please e-mail us at info@superfanstyle.com BEFORE returning or exchanging an item. We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend that you insure the product(s) you are shipping. Super Fan Style is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

DELIVERY TIMES
- Our standard shipping is 5 to 10 business days.
- RUSH shipping will arrive in less than 5 business days.

We don't hold stock. We are a print-on-demand service. This allows us to keep costs down, offer more selection than most, and create new art instantly. Our printer fulfills orders as they come in. Once your item is printed you will receive an email with your tracking number and link so you can see exactly when it will arrive.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the hang tag MUST be in tact.

Please include a copy of your receipt / order

Shipping & Handling charges cannot refunded under normal circumstances.


EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a shirt for the same item, or if you received a defective product DO NOT MAIL IT BACK until you have contacted us at superfanstyle@gmail.com.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and the hang tag MUST be in tact.

Shipping & Handling charges cannot refunded under normal circumstances.
